Security of data
In order to guarantee the security, integrity, authenticity and confidentiality of data, INFERENSIA implements technical and organizational measures. These measures also concern the transfer and the reception of the data with our third parties.
The site of INFERENSIA set up security measures related to the loss, the misuse and the alteration of the data: data backups, software protections, control of access of the users, hash of the passwords...
All data are stored in France on servers maintain by SCALEWAY.
In case of data breach and in accordance with articles 33 and 34 of the RGPD, INFERENSIA undertakes to notify the French control authority (CNIL) and to notify, if required, the individuals concerned by the data breach.
International users
In the case that the user is not a resident of France, the user consents and agrees that INFERENSIA may collect, process, use and store the personal information, as discussed in this policy, and outside the user’s resident jurisdiction. Be aware that the French law and the law of the user’s country can offer different levels of protection for personal information.
Rights of the data subject
In accordance with the GDPR (Article 15 to 22), you have the rights to:

- Rectification: you have the right to ask us to rectify your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Children under eighteen
INFERENSIA's services are designed for users over the age of 18 and are directed towards users in their business capacity. INFERENSIA does not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 18.
Data transferts outside the European Union
Your data may be transferred outside the European Union for processing and storage by SCALEWAY. As a consequence, technical and organizational measures will be taken to ensure an adequate level of security.

If INFERENSIA plans to develop new services as a software provider, INFERENSIA will make every effort to comply with GDPR by introducing from the beginning of the project the protection of personal data thanks to functionalities and specific means.

Our employees are provided with appropriate awareness training regarding the protection of personal data.
Record of processing
In accordance with article 30 of GDPR, INFERENSIA maintains a record of processing of personal data containing information such as the purposes of the processing, a categorization of personal data or a description of transfers to recipients and transfers outside the European Union.
